Juno's been doing this lip smacking thing for, literally, 1 hour.

I put the socks on her because at first it started as her licking her legs, after a while that seemed a little excessive but I couldn't get her to stop. Now she's just carrying on like this. It started after my dad gave her a treat and it's not unusual for her to lick her legs/smack her lips for a bit afterwards, I think she just gets stuff stuck in her jowls. But yeah it never goes on for an hour. =P

I can't see anything in her mouth, I've given her a few pieces of kibble, I brushed her teeth thinking maybe something is just stuck somewhere... it. won't. stop. She is doing nothing but standing here smacking her lips. It's driving me crazy and there must be something driving her crazy too.

What is happening.

Gusto was doing the same thing a month or two ago; it took multiple mouth checks before I finally found a piece of grass stuck between two teeth. It was mostly 'inside' his mouth with just a tiny bit sticking out the side I could see so it took me a while. I know you said you checked once, but can you maybe look with a flashlight if someone holds it?

Hallelujah it finally stopped!

I have no idea what it ended up being. She wasn't showing any other signs that she might be nauseous, usually she looks more uncomfortable/restless for that. Hopefully that treat was just stubbornly jammed somewhere?
