What gear does your dog wear when they go out?

Nylon collar with her tags, and a leather leash attached to her harness.

If it's cold out, she'll wear a coat. She'll also sometimes go out in a t-shirt, bows, or bandanna if I'm feeling silly.
Yes! I am not the only one that puts their dog in clothes just because :D

If we're going for a walk - collar, harness, leash.

Anywhere else, just collar and leash(if she needs to be leashed), sometimes naked.

If it's cold she gets a fleece jacket. If we'll be trudging through snow/ice, then she gets booties.

Looking back now, Blaze seems to be only really wearing a collar +tags lately. LOL. He goes to the car without a leash, he goes most of the time at herding without a leash, and when we go run at the Refuge he goes without a leash the whole time unless a car goes by and I feel he needs one.

Now, when we go walk in the neighborhood he wears a collar, tags, and leash.

Lizzie always wears a collar, tag, and leash. I used to do harnesses, but I didn't see any reason to continue.

Art wears a flat leather collar with his tags on it, a nylon leash, and a jacket when it's too cold. :)

Do you have any picture of him in that harness? How do you like it?
I don't have any pictures, but I love the harness. Easy to get the wiggle worm in and out of (don't have to lift his legs, only one buckle) and sits up nice and high, so little restriction from what I can tell. Plus I love the "handle" on the back for restrained recalls, restraining in general, and dealing with a puppy with whom I practice collar grabs Every Freaking Day, and who still likes to duck away. I wouldn't run any dog on real equipment (we do tunnels, table, contact board, etc right now) with any harness, but for the stuff we are doing now and for walking, it is my favorite.

Good to know. Harnesses have their place for sure and I haven't really found one I like yet -- wish I could find that one locally to try on.

And yeah my dogs all run naked if we are working with any equipment at all (and often even when we are not lol)

Depends on what we are doing and where we are going. If its just a walk, collar and leash. Biking, usually collar(tags on it) harness and his halti. Hiking and/or walking most of the day his backpack, collar and leash. Swiming, life jacket, collar and leash. Sadly I do not trust his nose not to get him into trouble so he has no real "freedom" meaning he is never off lead.

Todd wears his collar and Flexi lead.

Lucy wears her collar, harness and Flexi. The collar is purely for tags. She needs to be walked on a harness because if she sees a sheep, she slips her collar. She can't slip her harness :)

Katy is also a collar and Flexi girl at the moment, but I have ordered her the same harness as Lucy.

I prefer walking them on harnesses when I use Flexi's. Todd's such a gentle walker, he's fine on his collar. They all wear tags when out, with their name, address, post code and phone number. Lucy also has a 'Spayed and Microchipped' tag, which Katy will get once she is actually spayed and chipped!

They all wear coats if its cold/raining.

If we are hiking Sally gets a harness and flexi along with her leather flat collar. If we are going anywhere else she wears her halti, leash, and the collar.

If we are going on a normal walk Jack just wears his orange waterproof flat collar and leash. If we are going anywhere exciting he wears his prong and the flat collar.

Depends on what we're doing. Caleb always has a collar on. iif we're just going on a walks, shopping, etc, I just clip a leash to it. Which one depends on the weather- if it's wet, I use the ASAT one, otherwise it's a leather service dog leash. Hiking the collar, a tracking style harness the ASAT leash. Swimming, the same, but a 5 foot leash made from mountain climbing rope that has a knot in the end.

Eve wears a leather collar, ID tag and leather lead with a locking alligator snap. If she's going into public buildings with me, she usually wears her purple pack with the bilingual ID/no touchie patches.

If she's going to the beach, she wears a nylon collar, ID tag and no leash.

I'm ordering her some boots at some point, since the ground here gets painfully hot during the summer.

Currently a martingale collar. If I walk her, I use a rope lead, anybody else uses a flexi.

She has a rain coat if it's raining or snowing, cause she's a wuss.

Depends on the dog and the situation.

For regular stuff, Gavroche wears his Ella's Lead collar (he wears it all the time), martingale, leather euro leash, and seat belt harness. If we're doing something like hiking, all of the above plus a backpack. If we're going somewhere not in the car, no harness.

For everyday not-working things Logan wears a martingale, leather euro leash, and leather harness. If we're going somewhere where he's working, I'll sometimes put a vest or backpack under/over the harness. He also wears a Holt headcollar when he's working. Funny this topic comes up, actually, because just the other day I made a post on my blog detailing what he wears and the reason for each (if anyone's interested let me know and I can give you a link and permission to see his blog).

Luce: her tag collar with tag, and then either a prong collar and leash or a slip collar and leash for outings, depending on where we're going. For obedience class she just wears her tag collar and leash, but I don't like clipping a leash to a tag collar out in the "real world" just in case. Jacket and/or coat as appropriate.

Mushroom: tag collar with tag, and either a prong collar or a gentle leader and leash, depending on where we're going. Cheap nylon harness and Steve's slip lead for flyball practice. Jacket and/or coat as appropriate.

Steve: tag collar with tag, and usually his slip lead. For obedience class, I just hook his leash to his tag collar. For flyball practice he wears his tag collar and slip lead. For tournaments he wears a martingale if he's running start, his Walkeez harness if he's running in the pack. For hiking he wears his tag collar, his Walkeez harness (I love this harness so much, btw), and a flexi.

Radar wears his harness and a six foot leash. If it is cold out he has a red parka, he gets cold easy.

Duke used to have a martingale, but we lost it so we switched to a harness we had sitting around. It actually works better for him, he is a big puller so we never used it before. However the martingale did not deter him from dragging us (more training likely would) and the harness gives us better control. He has a four foot lead and a shorter traffic lead.

Desoto mostly goes out with us in the yards/fields and is reliable off lead. If we are going in public like to the vets or training I have him on both a martingale and a harness for backup because of the DA. He also has a four foot lead.

All pretty well always have flat buckle collars and tags on at all times, but I never use them with their leads. I have had too many slipped collar incidents in the past.

Fixing typos:

Depends on what we're doing. Caleb always has a collar on. If we're just going on a walk, shopping, etc, I just clip a leash to it. Swimming, the same, but a 5 foot leash made from mountain climbing rope that has a knot in the end (I don't want the handle of the ASAT leash snagging on anything, and he has to be on lead where he swims).

ETA- Caleb's current collar is a chain martingale from The Cozy Critter. His ID, microchip and town license tags are on that.
