other than raw eggs a few times a week, kibbles and some can food what else do you feed your pooch??
I was always told not to give people food and also that can food is mostly water so why and what do you give your dog other than the kibbles?

Ruckus gets people food. Whats wrong with that?
just do candy, cake, doughnuts, etc

some things he likes is boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, peanut butter, bread, pop corn (not butter no salt) some left over meats from dinner (no fried foods)

dogs can get overweight if you feed them human food. be sure and regulate what you give them, and the dog food you give too.
Ruckus is under weight, so at the time i am not monitoring how much people food i give him, but i dont feed him alot

i wish the whole "human food is bad for dogs" thing would just go away. human food is not bad for dogs (with a few exceptions- chocolate, grapes/raisins, onions, etc). junk food is bad for dogs whether it be in "human food" form or dog treat form. dogs don't become overweight from eating human food. they become overweight from consuming too many calories, no matter what form those calories come packaged in.

i feed raw off and on so my dogs get all kinds of raw meat. they get eggs. they occasionally get some veggies or fruit. when i feed kibble i'll add a spoonful of yogurt or a bit of cottage cheese sometimes. they often get a bite of whatever i'm eating as long as it's not bad/dangerous for dogs (or too good to share).

The boys get supplements of people food all the time! What and how much depends on the time of year and level of activity. Somethings they get are...

Meats (sometimes raw sometimes cooked), raw meat trimmings (skin and fat), raw egg, cooked egg yolk (my mum doesn''t eat egg yolk so it goes to the dogs when she cooks eggs for herself), parm cheese, cheese, fruits (nothing citric or grapes), veggies (no tomatos), olive oil, hmmm thats all I can think of off the top of my head but I''m sure there is more...Oh ya I also dont give all of this every day, different things in small amounts each meal. Also remember if you ar going to give him a lot of something with his meal, make sure to subtract some kibble so as not to over-indulge him and make him fat. Supplements should never complete replace kibble though unless you have thoroughly researched how to make a properly balanced and nutritious home-cooked or BARF diet for your dog.

In January I''ll also be starting to give 2TBS of apple cider vinegar mixed with raw dark honey. I was told by a doggy nutritionist that it enhances performance and recovery (in my case for my sled dogs) it also keeps their urine slightly more acidic which apparently is how it should be. Although one must remember that that will also cause more yellow spots in your grass.

Hudson doesn't get to share our food, but that's mostly just because we're vegetarians, and I haven't found a straight vegetable or fruit yet that he likes! (Except he did like a piece of banana, LOL)

I give him kibble for training but also training treats, but they are crazy high quality salmon treats, or organic vegetarian treats, etc...
