Hey,
I just have a questions. I started a forum on my website and was wondering what makes people visit forums. I have seen a few forums that really had a lot of members. It is based on search engine searches or just word of mouth. I thought I would do a $200 dog bed give away but was not sure if that would even work. Thanks for the feedback

I am trying the giveaway. If the winner is not around to win then it will be passed to someone that has been around. I really dont mind if you go just to register. I am sure that is how it will be started. Plus, I am sure the word of mouth about getting a free dog bed will be enough. WINK WINK

Heehee.. :p

I keep coming back here because of the vast about of knowledge.. the awesome folks and the fun fun atmosphere..

I think what kept me coming here in the beginning was the quick replies.. I don't like joining a forum and waiting for weeks to get a reply to my posts.. I like how threads here are more like a conversation.. :)

I love it here because I love the diversity, the fact that there are serious heated discussions along with funny lighthearted posts/threads. It's a learning oppurtunity for everyone, and it's a very active forum.

Yes, I must say. I am sit here and get on my forum changing it and backing it up I keep coming here just to see if anyone has posted. There are always replies and that is cool. I am having fun here so I will definitly stay. I guess I chat about my business because that is what I know. When someone goes to a car forum and they own a Mustang that is what they will chat about. My Husky and Shih Tzu I guess is what I should be talking about but as far as questions and things like that....well....I dont have any yet. I am sure I will have soom and until then you will probably find me in the CHIT CHAT type of sections.

You're not a spammer. This forum is made for this kind of stuff. :)

I find that an appealing forum is all about active members - this includes staff. At least for now, you could be an active member of the forum, and when you have a couple active mods, you could go back to doing your secretive forumly duties. :lol-sign: Maybe a username other than admin123 would help, at least for now. Be friendly, be personal. :)
