I've owned many and both, over the years. Right now, I have 2, sometimes 3purebreds. I never talk about the 3rd "naughty" one. Lol Will have to post a picture soon. (Aust. Shep)

I call him a mutt very adoringly at home all the time. He knows I love him.

And for the record, Banzai is an auskitadane.. as dubbed by Zoom.

I have 2 mutts...both rescues.

A black lab mix.... looks like a lab in size and height, except her head is smaller and her tail curls

A golden retriever mix.....and if you judge by her coat (and her personality!) she's all golden retriever, but I think she's lacking in height. Vet doesn't thinks she's pure either.
