Heights... I have literally went weak in the knees over heights.

spiders... and clowns... not sure why... just always been terrified of them. Also I don't mind being in small places, but as soon as I realize I can't get out... panic...

I am flying, spiders and heights. I become dizzy and almost weak to pass out when on high buildings and have to look over. Then that will also explain fear of flying yet I fly regularly lol. And not to mention spiders, I have this this. Now I DETEST flies, but dont fear them just detest them as they are filthy. But spiders, dang:yikes:

A phobia is EXTREME.

I dislike things.

Injections... I cry. No matter what. No matter how calm I try to be.

I'm not sure if it's heights or falling. I don't mind being in a plane or a tall building, but I just can't make my feet go up that third rung on a ladder . . . I freeze. And my feet get dizzy.

I've wondered if a trampoline might help.
