What did your dog eat at the breeders?

What did your pup get weaned on to while at the breeders for food? Caiza was put on Bil-jac :yikes: which is not the greatest quality. My breeder shows her dogs and has them health tested before breeding PRA/BAER /OFA, seems as if some breeders know jack $hit about nutrition though I recently told her that Caiza was now eating raw and doing incredibly well on it....she thought I was crazy but knows I will only give him the BEST Hows about you?

I put Dekka and Snip on raw/innova puppy. Zo and Scandal were on wellness puppy. Kaiden I have no idea.

Ruckus's breeder feed purina puppy chow to the pups, and dog chow to the adults.
that should had been enough of a sign for me to find another breeder. because I new that was some crappy food!
i got him home a switched him to nutro, thats a little better anyway.

Dante was (and still is) on Royal Canin at the breeder's. He's not all that thrilled about RC really but at least he is still eating it, unlike Orijen that he wouldn't touch willingly.

Nala was fed EVO at her rescue foster home.

Whatever his original owner did or didn't feed Uncle Fred, it made his bones all bent and turned him into a walking skeleton. I don't recommend it.

Emma was getting fed raw right from the get go. And back then most vets did not approve of it as it was a fairly new thing around here. Every vet we took her to tried to persuade us to feed kibble.

Gonzo (at his breeder/foster home) was eating Atta Boy. D: and not very much of it, as he had to compete for food, and he was SUPER scrawny!

Fozzie (at his foster home) was eating Natural Balance.

Ronin and Ilsa's breeder fed Pro Plan - she and many other people have had very good luck with the Pro Plan puppy food - doesn't upset their tummy and bowels.

I know it's not a good food, but there's just something weird about Doberman puppies and Pro Plan Puppy... it just clicks with them.

Lucy was on Iams. Eckkk the breeder sent us home with a sample of it but I immediately bought new food lol.
