We just had a brunch. Biscuits, gravy, country ham, fried apples, fruit salad, cranberry/orange bread, cheese frittata, hash browns. I think that was it. I just the eggs, fruit salad and a piece of cranberry bread and a small spoon of hashbrowns and a small piece of the ham.

I had a small bowl of the chili I made the other day just a little while ago.

I'm still stuffed.

I made Escarole soup, baked ziti (with my gravy from scratch) and a spiral cut ham plus all of the typical side dishes. Cookies for dessert.

Turkey, ham, cornbread dressing, broccoli/cheese casserolle, green bean casserolle, mashed potatoes, sweet peas, corn, pasta salad, rolls, bread (loaf), holiday punch, fruit salad, super banana pudding, fresh apple cinamon cake, lemon cake, fudge iced brownies (w/ nuts and w/o nuts) & lemon icebox pie. I think that's everything and my grandma cooks it all except the 2 casserolles my mom brings over.

Turkey, pork, pigs in blankets, stuffing, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots, sprouts, cauliflower, onions and lots of gravy.

Always cook for about 12 extra people and then fry it all up today - bubble and squeak ;)
