Wel I will allways have my dobies. I am getting my coonhound soon. Who knows, maybe i will just want coons and dobes. I adore standard poodles and sometime in my lifetime I would like a white standard to show

Another Border Collie for sure. Most likely from a breeder (I've got a few in mind).

I'm not sure if I want a pup or not. If the right litter came along I might go for it, but mostly I'd like to get an adult already started dog.

Of course, I don't see this happening for the next 6/7 years....

Most likely another Dobe, and hopefully within the next two years. Probably a male, probably red, and probably a show prospect, if Ryan gets his way.

I really was thinking kelpie, but several agility friends are trying to urge me towards a smooth BC instead. Given that they have more experience in it than I (and it would be an easier dog to find), I'm guessing it'll probably go that way. I'd like to do it in another year/18 months or so.

Probably a mutt. Lol. I really don't know. It will be a shelter dog. Possibly a dobe or some kind of border collie or aussie mix. Or purebred. Completely undecided until i pick out a specific dog.

I'm in a toss up between a Border Collie or another (more energetic, high drive) Toller. I want both, but that's impossible. Whichever I decided on I would like to get either next year sometime or 2010.

ohh Kelpies are cool! but they can be BCs on crack from what I have heard.
I made a point to go to a couple trials specifically to meet some last year, and have been on a Kelpie yahoo group for a while. I really like the look of them, and enjoyed the ones I met. But if I just listened to myself, I wouldn't have Meg. I don't make those choices very well!

My friends have been telling me that I can get the nice smooth coat I want in a better personality for me; a male, slightly softer BC that would be fun for me and likely do really well with Meg. I'm also lucky to have some friends who have really good connections in the BC world, where as I'd be on my own with Kelpies. I'm thinking that's the direction I will end up going in.

A Greyhound. It's a long way in the future, though.

Foster dogs? Hopefully a Bloodhound and then maybe some Greys.

I'm thinking another Aussie, but maybe an English Shepherd. I guess I'm hooked on the herders. But, you never know. Sometimes, when one needs rescuing, I've been known to succumb.

Long list here for me.

Well I've got basically my future dogs planned out... I'm getting one this summer, not sure what kind yet, most likely a Yorkie.
And then my aunt's Yorkie is having puppies (this is the yorkie i would get this summer, if they are even born soon... the dog isn't even in heat yet. Puff.), and my friend's Pomeranian may have puppies, my hairdresser's Westie may have puppies, and I want to rescue. So many choices. :O
That's about my future in dogs... crazy huh. ("luckily" all these people are spread out in various places.)

DOBERMAN. No freaking contest. I want another Dobe so bad, I've considered going on a Dobernapping spree here on Chaz. :(
Its going to be a while before we get another dog, though, and he / she will come from a rescue. *nods*

You would have to pry my Doberman out of my cold dead hands. :p Then you would have face her daddy. (He has gotten kind of attached.)

I'm not sure what breed I would get next. I still love Malinois and I would LOVE a Beauceron.

Depends on where I'm at in life. Possibly another BC or possibly a Dobe or Fila.
