There is a small possibility that it's a poorly bred glen of imaal terrier. They do tend to have that sway back topline, slight tail curve, and stumpy legs. The only give away that it might not be is that isn't the normal earset and it's not quite the right haircut.

Not sure there are many (any?) "poorly bred" Glen of Imaals. From the sounds of them, there wouldn't be much market for them as pet dogs. I suspect this dog is a mixed breed.
