Thanks guys, I love learning what various people see
For my own part, I think (based on her looks, personality, and discussions with her rescuer who knows the area) that she is probably some sort of generic farm collie (think English Shepherd of the Appalachias) and Carolina Dog (basically a mix of two "types" more than breeds) and maybe a smattering of this and that as well.
I did leave out a couple of her more unique idiosyncrasies that would have made Carolina Dog more obvious because I was wondering what else people saw, but Aleron pegged that one anyway . She's also been on sheep, just the once so far, which was a hilarious experience but let's just say she showed both interest in the sheep and an understanding or how to get them to move...and not move...according to her wishes. Also that she is a brat.
She's been called "The Yellow BC" by BC people, "The Malinollie" by Malinois people, etc. so it's always fun to see what another person sees.
