Well I would be listening to the Pirates of the Caribbean sound track, but I don't feel like getting up right now!

I've got a TV card in my computer so if I'm inclined, I can fire up the satellite and enjoy a bit of TV while I surf the web.

It's rough being me sometimes

They aren't that expensive. And you can actually get external devices which hook up via a USB port if you don't want to install a card.

The best part about it is it turns your hard-drive into a monster capacity recording device. Pair it up with a DVD burner and...well...needless to say, my kids have one of their favorite series (3 seasons worth) on DVD.
