I have always been a person that washes their hair daily. Unless of course I'm home and not planning to go anywhere and decide to "scum it" for the day...lol I have been told for years that it's not good to wash your hair everyday because it strips your hair of the natural oils it needs to be healthy and actually causes your hair to produce more oils.

I want to be able to go every other day between washings but to be honest.... I can't stand the way my scalp feels or the way my hair looks greasy if I don't wash it daily. I've been using salon brand shampoo and conditioner and although it is a good quality product, I still feel like I need to wash my hair every day.

I have now started using Wen to see if it makes a difference. Today was my first day using it. I must say it will take some getting used to. It's not a "shampoo" or "conditioner" type product. It doesn't suds up like shampoo does. It's all natural ingredients and doesn't have detergent in it.... which is why I'm assuming doesn't suds up.

I am interested in seeing how my hair looks once it dries. I'm more interested in seeing how it looks tomorrow. I'm hoping i can go a day between washing.

Does anyone use the Wen products? What are your thoughts on it? Do you thing it's worth the money they charge for it?

I've used it once or twice (it was a friend's) and it does make your hair really, really nice, but personally I don't think it's worth the money. Using a much cheaper natural product or going shampoo free worked well for me and while maybe my hair wasn't as luxuriously soft and good smelling, the difference wasn't great enough for me to spend that much on it.
