Now, I'm not pretending for a minute to be a rottie expert :)lol-sign:), but aren't those two pretty big? :)
Actually, I was curious about the weights too. I thought rottie puppies would weigh more than these guys did (and no, I'm not being critical!). Doberman puppies usually weigh about 14-20 ounces IME. My males generally weigh 18-20 ounces so I was surprised to see rottie puppies weighing less. I just figured it would be about the same.

I'm about 2 weeks behind redyre. I'll be in the sleepless boat about 2 weeks from now when Kizzy has her babies ...

Most of the time Rottie puppies are 12-16 oz, however, in a litter this size you can have puppies that are smaller. The little male at 8.1 oz is quite small, but vigorous.

The biggest puppy is a good sized boy, however, in my first litter I had a couple of puppies that according to the scales I was using were 20 ounces, and several that were 16-18 oz.

this scale I am using this time is a postal scale, accurate to .1 oz, so I'm sure the weights are right.

We do have good gain on everyone except the little guy, and he didn't lose any, so that's good.

These are gorgeous puppies, I have no idea how they move with the heads that are on them. They have nice heavy bone, very deep color, shoulder lay looks nice, and the rears are gorgeous, with very short hocks. They are SO STRONG, they are walking all over the box. They are quiet and happy unless they are hungry or need to potty.

My Penny does not disappoint, being the absolute best mommy dog. She is very careful with the puppies, will not lie down unless I am there to help, or she is SURE the puppies are not under her, is keeping the puppies very clean, and is dripping with milk.

So without further ado, here they are. The Choice litter. :D

Happy mom and babies....

That is just a huge litter when they're all bunched up like that! Congratulations again and I'm glad that everything went as well as it did!! I fully expect daily pictures, lol! And a clause in the contract that says each eventual owner must register with Chaz to keep us updated.

Didn't get to see the cam, but love that little orange boy at first glance. First to the middle to feed each picture, strong in the hind end. He's a hottie! They're all gorgeous!!!

I had only one female placed firmly, and she has a SUPER home.

I have 5 other males placed, not including what I would keep so we are pretty good on homes.

Docking and dewclaws (several had them on the rear, I don't take off the front ones) will be done tomorrow. :D

More photos coming up.

Does this mean you're keeping him? Oh I hope so!!! The first time I saw him I thought to myself he's going to be something when he grows up. Such a strong puppy! They all are very active and I was amazed how they were already standing from the get go but this little blue guy is special...:D Hope we get a chance to see him grow.
