I'm new here and not sure of what I'm doing or if I'm doing it right. I'm owned by a 3yr Merl Dane named Sirius. I am a groomer.

Hello from Chicago!
Good Evening everyone! I am an owner of 2 min pins and a boston terrier. I also have a cat that thinks he's a dog! I'm thrilled to be here and look forward to hanging out with other dog lovers! We're a special breed, you know.
Hey there! New groupie here
Being new to the site I wanted to say hello. I'm a 42 yr old gal, I have 2 beautiful Shar-Pei, live in Chicago, IL and have a business built around my love for animals. I've been doing this for a few years now but am always looking for new ways to reach out to the dog lover community and see what's up. Just wanted to stop in an introduce myself. Pearl
Howl-O-Ween 2008 Navy Pier Chicago
For people in Chicago- There's a huge adoption day tomorrow at Navy Pier, sponsored by the Anti Cruelty Society. Tons of dogs, a costume contest and vendors will be selling stuff (I'll be there at Booth 316 so come visit) Check it out and keep your eyes open for TheVelvetSnoot.com. You can go to my link below to check out our stuff. Hope to see you there, I'm sure a good time will be had by all, it's at the East end of the Pier, inside and you can BRING YOUR DOG!! Happy Halloweenie!
This is my first post here in this forum and i joined here to know about more on pets like dogs and cats, because I also do owned cats and dogs.
I'm a newbie. I'm currently attending ABC to become a certified dog trainer and am also practicing grooming on my dogs and friends dogs and shelter dogs. I really need all the help I can get. I'm not bad for a "free" groomer but I know I have a lot to learn and w/ small town Iowa ; there's no where for me to learn other than Youtube videos! So thought I'd check out forums and see what advice I can get from others. Where / how did you learn to groom? Are you certified? How do you become certified? (I have tons of questions.) Hope I can meet some new friends!!
Hi! I'm glad to see there are quite a few pro and hobby trainers on this forum. I'm a professional trainer and behavior consultant in Texas.
Sounds great and glad to be here! I play well with others.
That's usually a plus when you're a walking advertisement. Otherwise your sig just gets removed right away. . .
Thanks for the warm welcome Renee.
I don't have four legged friends right now, apart from a cat which I think is set to live forever! Sadly I lost both my dogs last year, one to a series of strokes and the other, a German Shepherd to hip dysplacia.
I am writing about dogs and their health issues and if I can answer any questions in this forum, i certainly will.
By the way, I'll be getting two new dogs in the not too distant future, but here in the UK there are a lot of puppy farms, so I am taking my time as I feel this was a contributory factor of losing my boxer to the stoke problem. I can't wait for the day!
New to forum
Hi I am new to the forum...hello everyone...I have 2 German Shepherds....an 11 year old male Tyson & a 5 year old female Haze.....I have owned GSDs for 28 years & I do obedience with the young girl Haze....we are at UD level ...I am in Australia.....so I hope there are some GSDs people out there
Quite a few GSD folks on here, welcome.
Welcome my friend.
I am a German Shepherd lover, but sadly do not have one right now. I lost my girl April 2009, a couple of weeks before my first daughter was born - I was gutted they never met.
She is 16 months old now, so we'll be getting her a GSD friend in the next few months.
New Guy Here . All The Best To ChaZhound Guys First. God Bless My Dog!
One of three (or two/three) things is happening here:
1) Everyone here is a professional photographer and caught their dog at the PERFECT time after 3,000 pics
2) Everyone has naturally beautiful pups
3) I only see the beauty in dogs
Because seriously... everyone seems to have most attractive pups!
And you would know this on your first post...and then your second post which is the exact same
Hi, I'm new here & happy to be here I hope to get pics of Buddy & Josefins up as soon as I have time to get onto my laptop.
