My guess is that there are supposed breeders probably taking orders over the internet and phone and having people prepay with money orders then never delivering the dogs. Kind of like buying a laptop on Ebay from a international buyer that only takes money orders sent to a unconfirmed address.
Actually it's a good information site where you can learn about all kinds of different breeds of dogs. If you look to the left click "Purebreds" and they will give you a bunch of dog names if you click one if gives you loads of info like the dog's origin, health, temperament, description and more.
I do like the site and use it.. there must be some breeders who are " no-nos " advertising through this site . Why anyone would buy a pup this way, is beyond me anyway !! You never can re-coop cash sent or Western Union.
