I was just wondering if any other dogs do this?
Rocky, my two year old male black lab likes to go swimming alot. He dives in and will swim around for 5+ minutes at a time without a rest! But often he will swim into an area where there is trees/bushes over hanging into the water, he will grab a bit of the tree, take it out of the water and leave it at a place by the river.He really does go for it if its still attached and he tends to go underwater (which is hilarious). He will do this over and over again and will leave lots of sticks/logs in one place. After placing all of his sticks on the floor, when it is time to leave the river he will pick one of them up which is usually the biggest,muddiest and smelliest, bring it to me and make me throw it for quite a long time (thats if it isnt to big to throw).
He has only been doing this for the past 2 months or so..!
