Greetings,
My Simon is behaving weird today, and I am going to put in a call to the vet- but would like to know what you think.
Last night, Simon threw up around 5pm. It wasn't a lot, but is was clearly his breakfast. He ate his meal just fine last night, with great excitement and zeal!
He eats at 630-7am and once again at 630-7pm. He ALWAYS finishes his meal and we have not changed the food, or amount at all.
He is drinking his water well, and pees and poops fine.
This morning, I made his breakfast and he didn't follow me around waiting to eat, he just sat and watched me.
When I put the food on the floor, he just sat about 5 ft away. I had to encourage him to come eat. Then he only ate about 4 bites and walked away.
Now he is upstairs napping with my husband- at 8am (very unusual as he would be playing with the kids by now)
These things changed yesterday- we are no longer crating him- he is just too big, but now I have encorporated a "quiet time/space" in his routine, just to give him a break from the kids and the chaos. Around lunchtime, I keep the kids downstairs and put him in our bedroom for this.
I don't know if this has anything to do with this but I thought I would throw it in there.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
