Liz and I walk our dogs almost every day. There is a house we pass by and we always here the dog in the garage barking when we walk by. He is a gorgeous Weimariener (I know I must have spelled that wrong). We walk by and is is always in there even when they are home! She was even out working in her yard one day, and she did not have him out there with her! Only one time have we walked by and he was outside, tied up in the back yard. Liz and I always talk about knocking on her door and asking if he can walk with us. We just have not had the nerve, because I do want to offend someone who may be walking her dog during the day when I am at work, and I just don't know it. But she doesn't really look like the walking type, but still, I don't want to jump to conclusions on the situation.
Yesterday Liz and I were walking with our friend Toni, and of course, Brady and Jenny. We walked by her house, and she was outside washing her car. She joked around and said "why don't you take my dog with you?" We said we would take him, we didn't care. She just kept washing her car, I don't know if she thought we were kidding or what.
Why would you get a big dog like that if you were just going to keep him the garage and not enjoy him? When I am at home, Brady is inside with me, unless he wants to be outside or something, like if it is pretty, or if he is out running around with Jenny. I love having him inside with me. I love to walk him. I love to take him to the creek. I love to play chase with him. I love to give him bones and new toys and see how excited he gets when I give them to him.
