We had been living in the same duplex for the past eight years and a week ago Thursday we were accepted into Washington Studio Artist Co-op:thumbsupsmileyanim:

It's over 1,800 square feet of open studio with three bedrooms and a huge bathroom! We are pretty thrilled. There are all sorts of activities like open mic night, drumming sessions, a gallery, gym, etc. It's pretty fun for the kids, they can ride their bikes in the hallways! It's an old school that was furnished into a 39 unit co-op with a public recreational center attached. Lots of fun and don't have to leave our house! Plus we are two blocks away from the sky-walk which in Duluth takes you wherever you want to go downtown.

Best yet, I can have all three of my dogs and my two cats. No more hiding Kira! There is a fenced in basketball court across the street that I take Gunnar and Layla to have some off-leash fun every night. It's perfect!

Don't know how I missed this, but I LOVE the apartments at Washington. I'm super jealous. If I even move back to Duluth, I'm totally going to try to snag one.
