How could anyone resist that face? I hate how people think St.'s are mean because of their size.
That and that silly horror movie. I hate it when people see Luke and call him Cujo.

I love Saint Bernards. Unfortunetely my husband thinks they slobber too much. Although he thinks that way about ALL big dogs. They do slobber but I don't think it's too horrible.

It dries clear :)

Luke does not have much of an issue with slobber, but after a visit to the water bowl he leaves a 30 foot trail of dribble.....

My sister-in-law had a Saint Bernard for a few months (then ofcourse they gave it away like they do ALL their animals). It made me really mad because they always get animals and then after the kids get tired with them they bring them back to wherever they got them from. Anyway, he didn't drool a lot but he did have the trail after he drank as well. I think my husband just doesn't like the thought of having a dog with that much fur in the house. I actually think I made him watch Beethoven too many times and now he has nightmares about a huge muddy Saint Bernard chewing his shoes on our bed. I think that's the real reason he doesn't want a Saint Bernard.

Lol! Well I guess this kind of thing can happen with any dog if you're not too careful :D

Dont even get me started on that movie. It has done so much harm to our breed. There are slightly more than 3000 registered Saints in the US and almost 1000 in rescue. :(

Wow, that's a lot! I think if we ever did get a Saint Bernard (many,MANY,MANY years from now) I would definetely look in a rescue first.

He's adorable!!!

My sisters bestfriend Nicky has a Saint Bernard named Jaws (I know I know) she has had him for a few years and he spends most of his life outside which is sad but Nicky is not my friend my sisters and is far from listening to me. Jaws is a sweet boy though i wish he had better.
