how do i get my puppy to stop tipping over his water dish??? I've tried pretty much everything...i buried it (he's outside now) and surrounded it with rocks, and put huge rocks IN it, and tried putting it in all different places. Its even onw of those w/ the rounded over edges to make it harder to pick up!!

any suggestions? It worries me when he tips it over and i'm not home :(

thanks:)

Go out and buy the HEAVIST dish you can find.

Dont worry about rubber bottoms or anything just pick up the heavist one in the store.

Good Luck, I used to have to same problem, lol.

Oh MAN Chester does this constantly so they have water for about three minutes and then spend the rest of the day with nothing to drink. I've done everything!!! :D

There is a spill-proof water dish you can buy. You can try to dump it, but it will never spill. Let me look for info on it and I will be back...

Mine use a big bucket. They can tip it if it's empty or low but they have to drink a LOT for that to happen. You could try using on of those big horse buckets and chaining it to the fence. Or you can freeze half of it and fill the rest with water and when by the time it melts completely hopefully you will be home! I guess that depends on how long you are gone and where you live...
