Ahhh... east, west, north, south, ACK. lol

What we're looking for is to be near a largish city, but we're wanting to have some land and it's okay that I have some sort of commute. ;)

We dislike heat greatly. We'd rather be cold and rainy then hot. So I don't know that the Spokane area would suit us.. if it gets pretty hot in the summertime.

From what I've searched on craigslist real estate ads, there seems to be a median price as far as cost of homes is concerned and will most likely be up to what area pulls us in more.

I think I just confused myself just as much. *sigh* :p

Mit has no plans to leave his current job and he works from home so location doesn't matter so much on IT (but then it does as if/when he does leave his current job we'd need to be in an IT area). But I would need to work as well... so our relocation will depend very much on my likely hood in getting a high paying job after all this edumacation. :p :)
