Sis, I went through MONTHS of thinking...we were here together.....We sure did love to do this together.....
I took her ashes with me everywhere (in my van, under the front seat) for 2 years. I took her down to sit on the dock with me at our favorite lake to watch the sunset.
Sometimes I still think those thoughts when I am certain places, and it's been almost 7 years.

Some of Bubba's ashes ( plus other's ) are spread at the Dog Chapel on Dog Mountain in Vermont . Four of our Goldens and Labs have their pictures there . If you haven't been there , it's a must for New Englanders . ! Both Chip and Elin's Hunter have visited and enjoyed a swim in their pond . We never forget !

I just picked up his ashes on my way home from work. People told me that this would be my relief, would mark the end of my weeks upon weeks of crying about my Wally at least once a day. But since I picked up the ashes I haven't been able to stop crying. I know it's been a month but I still can't believe he's not with me. He was too ****ing young. He wasn't supposed to leave me.
