Good vibes coming your way from the boys and me. Paws crossed that the lump is nothing worrisome and that the spay goes smoothly.

Mia's back and doing fine. She's already screaming wanting out of the pen so she can play.... we've been home less than 5 minutes.

Summer's tumor is likely fatty and we're just going to watch it. I'm kind of facing a dilemma with her though. Her stye is coming back yet again and the vet thinks the only way to get rid of it permanently is to do surgery and remove it. If I did this, I'd need to do it now before it swells again and in the meantime I could get the lump removed and biopsied. But I haven't really decided yet.

I say have it removed. Better safe then sorry. I am so glad I got that lump on Lills removed, even though it was just a necrotic parcel. She was so much happier afterwards and I could relax.
With her stye, get it done so that it won't trouble her anymore.

Sending good vibes. Those fatty "tumors" are quite common in older dogs. Hopefully, that's all it is. That's a good idea....if you get the stye removed, that you also get the lump extracted and looked at.

I agree with Renee! Tara had multiple fatty tumors, the vet wanted to put her under and biopsy. It's been a couple of months, she's been on good food, even had some RMBs for her teeth, some probiotics and a little bit of essiac tea and ALL of the tumors have went away, except one, and it has shrunk so I think it may go away as well :)
If your getting the sty removed I would probably hit two birds with the one stone as well. Good vibes coming your way from a bunch of cockers!! :p
