I came across this web-site that sells nutritional supplements for dogs. I've never used any of those on my dogs, so I was a bit skeptical. Have any of you used something like this before? If so, is it safe? Is it effective?

Here's the web-site if you want to see for yourself:

Thanks.

Okay, I'm not seeing any information about where these ingredients are derived from and the information is much too general and presented with too much "evangelical fervor" for me to really take it seriously. I guess what I'm saying is I see a lot of hype and very little fact offered. I wouldn't trust it.

I went back to www.greatdanelady.com today and re-read some articles and read some of the new ones, and it just reinforced my personal judgement that I'm sticking with her information as my first resource.

Thanks Renee. So do you feed your dog the Eagle Pack stuff? My younger girl is 1.5 years old... is it too soon to start her on an adult formula? I'm sure my dogs won't eat just the dry stuff, so I'll and camouflage it with some yogurt or broth as you had sugested :D

I've got mine on the Innova EVO. I found it on my own and I can get it without too much fuss here. I was glad to see Innova on Linda's short list of good food! It validated my choice for me. I've never found the Eagle Pack near here, but it probably is available somewhere in Knoxville. They love the Innova, especially the new EVO and part of what I based my feed decision on was the history of the Fila, which has developed in very crude conditions where they eat a variety of foods, flora and fauna. The Innova seemed to address this better than the others I looked at.

I've gone ahead and switched my girls to the adult. Shiva is 16 months old and Kharma will be a year old the 19th. Mine are very large girls, though!
