Very bizarre hypothetical question- sorry if offends

One thing I have learned.............NEVER use the word NEVER!

I know that I could/would eat my dogs if they were already dead and I was starving.

I am PRETTY sure I could/would find the strength to kill my dogs IF my children were starving..........I don't know if I could kill my dogs to feed myself though.....hope I don't ever need to know.

I would say no but honestly when your starving to death and instinct takes over what your heart says I gaurantee 99% of people here WOULD eat thier dog if they had too. When you get to that point your not in a right state of mind, and would do differentthings that you would normally do.

Oh hells yes. I would NEVER kill Sam but if she died I'd eat her to live. If a family member died I think i'd kill myself. Their death would probably extinguish my will to live in any situation and I'd probably just give up hope thinking I was going to surely die if they did. If I die first everyone has permission to eat me. What the hell do I care? I'm dead. I just dont know about cutting apart and mangling their lifeless body. That might be too much for me. I think I'd rather die. I can tell you right now that if I had to pick between the two I'd shoot myself in the head rather than cut up my little sister's dead body so I dont see what would be different in that situation.

WAIT... is the dog already dead? or would the dog have to be killed?

If the dog was already dead and I was starving I may give into my hunger and survival instincts.... if not then I really can't say. I wouldn't want to but the will to live can be a powerful thing.

IF I had Hannah with us and needed to feed her for her survival... YES YES YES YES YES. Without any question. If both my husband and I were with her without dogs I would even go as far as to say that I may sacrifice my own life to feed her.
