If you didn't get your tag for rabies you can go back and pick it up. The receptionist will write down your name and dogs name corresponding with the tag number. We have helped many lost dogs be reunited with their owners with the tag number on the rabies tag
Some vet clinics don't give out rabies tags. Just call your vet and ask. Keep in mind, a rabies tag is not a substitute for the commonly required dog license.
