UTI Clear but still peeing in crate HMMMMMM

Hi, well riley is cleared from her UTI but now has vaginosis. My vet told me yesterday that he could put her on meds but it wont go away until she is spayed. She is 16 weeks and is getting spayed on Jan 3rd. Today I went out to finish up christmas shopping and was gone from 930 - 1230. I didnt think this would be an issue. With my male golden this was NEVER a problem. I dont know. It's like I cant go anywhere for more than 2 hours. I used Urine Off and let it soak on the bottom of the crate. I just dont get it. I know every dog is different but geez. Is she still too young and maybe her muscle control is just not there? I would love any response to this. Thanks again.

I would be shocked if my dog was 16 weeks and NOT still having accidents. She's still very much a baby!

If she had a UTI and was having accidents, she may have developed a habit now even though the UTI is gone. Just keep up with the house training and eventually she will grow out of having accidents in her crate.

Are you making sure to give her a very high value treat when she goes outside?

Yes I do, she knows because when she is finished she looks at me. She is good about going outside and ringing her bell when she is out of her crate. I just dont get it.
