Poorly bred dachshund or dachshund mix.

Dachshund and something, I think. Maybe Dachshund/Whippet?

Edit: If its a poorly bred purebred Dachsie, its a really poorly bred one . . . its legs are too long, but its build is wrong too.

If its a Daschund I wouldnt say its poorly bred, its simply a throwback to something similar to what they used to look like which can occur in good and bad breedings. Throw backs are so cool!

its either a badly bred doxie or a doxie mix, ive never seen a doxie throwback with legs that skinny...most doxie throwback have longer but THICK legs and retain that deep wide chest, that doxie looks more minpin like.

I don't think the head is right for a min-pin . . but you never know. I just meet a Rottie-Akita mix . . . and let me tell you, I could see the Rottie, but I would never, never, never have guessed Akita.

the head looks very much like a skinny doxie...but the legs and slimming of the body just looks like a all 5 of doxie minpin mixes come into the store on a regular basis.
