Ride to Portand? If someone in that area can pull/hold her, Operation Roger may be able to trans. her. I've seen a situation play out in the same way. Even if its to another shelter..

I would be willing to help transport if her route comes through my area.

Is anyone familiar with a Pitty rescue group in their area that may have room? If you can contact them and they have space, maybe we can at least get her out of that situation. Even so, if transport can't quite be lined up, I believe Operation Roger might be able to get her there. I'll try checking the groups in my surrounding area a little later.
