URGENT!!! milke shake poo

Dear all, your urgent advice pls

My dog's poo became very soft these two days. Sometime soft, soft like milk shake, i also saw something like animal fat in the poo. Two times, I found the poo like liquid, some of them are bloody!!!

I suspect the following reasons:

(1) I started feeding Seapet Fish Oil with Vitamin E to him 2 days ago. I already stopped

(2) I feeded very tiny amound of banana to him. only once!

(3) I took him to a park and he ate some polluted plants.

Sorry for my gramma. I do not have time to proof read. Any advice? Is it very urgent? Or it is normal?

Banana shouldn't hurt him in anyway, so I wouldn't worry about that.

The plants might be an issue though, if you can, have a vet check him out, do a fecal test and maybe take a blood sample and see what it says.

Yes, I also suspect the plants. Since the officer in the pant said they used chemical on the plants.

For sure bananas can't cause bloody flux. Certainly the reason can be the polluted plants, but this kind of diarrhea can also be caused by a bacterial infection, so I would also advise to take the dog to vet for fecal and blood tests as Zoom recommended.
