Uploading Siggy Problem!

Hello
I am new here and I was trying to upload my siggy and it keeps saying it failed & I can not figure out why. I know the guidelines for the size and I made sure it was fine, but it still wont load even when I made it much smaller! Anyone else having a problem?

Anyone? It says it is unable to save the file! Why? I see tons of other people with huge siggys. I made sure it was less than 500X100 and less than 19k. I can't figure out where I am going wrong! Help

What are you trying to "upload"? Is it a a picture? If so, then just put the image link with the image tags...

of course with no space.

It looks great I wish i could have figured that out. Still havent to this day i just have a little tiny pic of my dogs thats all it will let me post lol
