Thanks to everyone for having so much patience with me. LOL
Last night went a bit better. She did wake me up with a bark at 1am and she rushed outside to pee. (she is in a smaller crate now). She then slept until 6. I had to step out this am and left her only for an hour and a half. She had a walk first. She was FINE!!! Woo Hoo! I just took her for another quick lunchtime walk and she will get another tonight. Thanks again and hopefully this is the light at the end of this tunnel. :)

There is always light at the end of the puppy tunnel! As you can see, by modifying your expectations and giving her the opportunity to succeed, things are already going much better. Keep up the good work! And don't stop that course of antibiotics early, even if she seems much better. She'll need the full 21 days to make sure the last traces of infection are gone. With stubborn urinary tract infections, it may be necessary for her to have two courses. Just make sure you keep an eye on things for the next few weeks until she's all better.
