So... recently people who live around the corner from us got a big dog. I have a big dog too, so I was fine with that. But these people don't have a fenced in yard, and so they keep their big freakin dog tied on their front porch most of the time. He seems like a nice enough guy, but he is very protective of his territory, so anytime someone gets near his yard he barks his ass off. He has a big scary bark, and since my dog is DA we just try to avoid that house.

(Horrible visions of that dog getitng loose and a huge fight ensuing. )

Vlad met Brucie a few days ago and they barked and postured at eachother through the fence. She seemed nice enough and implied that she wished she had a fenced yard for her dog as well. (I think they are not really that happy with him, they yell at him when he barks and all that jazz.

So today I find out that the dogs owner Brought her dog over, opened our gate and let her dog into our yard to go pee.

I don't.... I don't even really know what to say about this.

I mean I guess we'll have to wait for it to happen again. I might ask my boyfriend to take a photo of them next time, just so I can make sure it IS Brucie and his owner.

Seriously though... who lets their dog into someone elses yard to take a ****? I'm just... wow.

Last time my neighbor did that, I laid into her ass. I have to clean up the poo in my yard because of the kiddos, and it is NOT my job to clean up someone elses dog's poo.

If you find she done it, get onto her. Just be nicer than I was! :lol-sign:

Wow. I don't care what purpose she thought she had, she totally trespassed on your yard.
I'd slap a padlock on that gate.

That is beyond rude and disrespectful. It is downright wrong.

An evil (and funny) thought came to my mind on how to handle it but I think its better if I don't say what that idea is. ;)

WTF? Who does that? Definitely lock your gate or block it somehow from the inside. That is not cool.

I would lock it up. I dont know what Blaze would do if he found another dog in HIS yard. I would go and have a talk with her. Maybe say if you want to use my yard, maybe we can introduce the dogs (if you think they will be fine) and maybe they can play" offcourse if thats not a chance, just lock that gate up.

Oh phooey on the locks! They won't understand how wrong this is until you do the same to them!

If you really want to be evil...

Next time it happens walk over to your neighbors pull down your pants and proceed to take a **** on their porch.

Remember to smile and wave for added effect!

(LOL I am feeling wicked today!)

Oh... My.... Lord....
SERIOUSLY? that is rediculous! Why would someone do that? I don't understand........
If I saw someone do that, I would run out and confront them. my property is MY property. which means only MY dog gets to pee on it!

Opening up your gate for your fenced in yard is very rude and like others have said no words for that. This sucks! Its like on one hand you want to lay it into her but on the other peace would be nice so you don't have a constant neighbor form h***. Very bad if you own your house and are stuck there.

I would be direct and watch for it again and immediately approach her and tell her how uncool that is. Depending on her reaction is where you should take it. Be careful, some people are weird and off the wall. Someone doing this already shows they are not average on what they are thinking.
