I usually boil chicken, liver or beef and cut up in small pieces and store in packets in the freezer. Sometimes I will use Benny Bully's liver. I find that I have to mix it up quite a bit or my dog becomes uninterested in the treats very quickly.

I also treat with food rolls (Redbarn, pretty similar to NB, but I prefer it), cheese, and small pieces of chicken or hotdog. Really easy, really high value treats are liver cookies that I make... they consist of chicken or beef liver, minced garlic, eggs, and oatmeal, and the smell REALLY strong.

tuna fish. those single-serving pre-drained packets they have now are soooo convenient. otherwise, just open the can, drain it, and dump into a plastic baggie. very stinky and therefore great for work with high distractions.
