Hi all! Been awhile....

Oakley has been doing really well! As he is aging, he has mellowed and is even getting along(sorta) with my little niece and nephews! And is doing fantastic health wise... Ppl still think he is a puppy despite being 11!

Anyways...we are moving into our very first house soon! And Oakley is going to have a huuuge yard to run around in! I'm wondering if there is a way to get him to poop in one spot? He has never had to do this, so didn't know if there was a smell or some good training method to do? Thanks!

It's mostly a matter of habit, only allow the dog to poop in one place by using a pen or leash to keep them there. After he poops he can come into the rest of the yard. If he looks like he's thinking of pooping when in the other areas of the yard then make him go back into the pen or put him on leash and bring him back to the spot. Eventually the dog will continue going in that place just out of habit.
