Too much chocolate is dangerous. Here's a small list:

Chocolate
Potatoes
Tea bags (My dog stole one from the compost-He came running to me with the string out of his mouth-lol)
Onions
Shop milk. (processed)
Anything too fatty
Anything too hot

Hope this helps

milk is fine, unless a dog is lactose intolerant. just don't give too much, it's food, not a substitute for water.

I've never, ever heard that potatoes are toxic, Nedim. My bunch would be long dead of potato poisoning if they were, and every single dog I've ever had would have died of it too.

Dogs are okay with fatty foods as well. They metabolize fat differently than we do. As far as hot foods go, well, some dogs like them, others don't. I tried to break Shiva of counter-surfing by leaving habaneros on the counter, but she just ate them all  They love hot salsas and pretty much anything with peppers.
