What does everyone use for toothpastes?
1 - just because I'm curious
2 - I've heard fluoride is now bad for you and can be detrimental to oral care...? Some light shed on this would be interesting.
I currently use Green Beaver's anise flavored toothpaste - it's fluoride and chemical free - I like that it's eco friendly too. Before this it was Aquafresh and Darphin's denblan ($$$ but quite nice - contained fluoride though). Marvis toothpaste I used as a kid, surprisingly it was available for dirt cheap in Hong Kong stores and in Vancouver - Chinatown "general" stores (it was the real stuff too - no counterfeit) way back when. That was nice - but very strong tasting.
Is fluoride really bad for you though? I've brushed with toothpastes containing it and I've drank tap water - my health doesn't seem any worse for it *shrugs*.
