She's an absolutely gorgeous girl! Riley used to be obsessed with birds too until he realized there was no hope of ever catching one, so he switched to squirrels.
Not to go off topic (as Quinn is absolutely beautiful), but I just noticed your signature pic, Jen, and Riley has got to be the most beautiful Malinois I have EVER seen photos of!
Wow.

Ahhhh I LOVE them! She is just so beautiful. I still can't get over how much her breed reminds me of BCs and Aussies. I'm educated about dogs and if I was at a dog park- I would think she was an aussie with a tail! how old is she and how many pounds now?

Sorry to bump this back up - Chaz wasn't working for me last night.

Erin - IIRC the BCs and ESs share very similar roots, and ESs contributed to the early Aussies. That's if I'm remembering correctly. We get a lot of Aussie and Border Collie guesses! More BC than Aussie though, I guess because she doesn't have a lot of coat and/or isn't merle. We get Toller guesses quite often too I guess because she's orange :)
She'll be 7 months old in 5 days. TBH I'm not sure how much she weighs, as I don't have a scale and she hasn't had to visit the vet in awhile. I'd guess around 40 pounds though? Last time I measured her she was around 19", she may have grown .5" or so since then.

She's turning out to be a good ambassador for her breed. Someone at work yesterday absolutely flipped out over her - she lost her Aussie/Sheltie a few months ago and really liked Quinn. Asked me a million questions about them, asked if we were planning on breeding Quinn, and wrote down her breeder's name as they're expecting their last litter for a few years this spring.

Thank you all so much! <3 I'm grinning ear to ear. She's a great dog.

Ok, now that I've picked my jaw up from the floor and showed every single person in this house all of these pictures I can try to form a sentence.

I adore her so much. Her color, expression, eyes, face everything is stunning. I don't think you can get much prettier than her and I don't think she could ever be mistaken for anything but a girl.

Love the turquoise on her, I don't think any other color would do her justice.

I really was getting a kick out of her tail, the feathering on it has gotten so long and flowey. So pretty

I can't believe she's 7 months already, she's really growing into a gorgeous lady and must make heads turn no matter where she goes

She's stunning, just dreamy :D

English Shepherds are only just starting to catch on in the UK...her colour so far hasn't made it to UK shores yet, but without a doubt, its my favourite!
