I'd just like to send a very, very special THANK YOU to Renee, bubbardt, and all the mods that were involved in a situation yesterday, and today.

I know I don't post alot, I've appologized for that before, but I'm the type of person that sees a situation and prefers to work in the background, allowing the acclaim to go to the many others who deserve it, in the public eye.

Please know all dear Chazz members, that I very much appreciate you all, I love this site, and read here many, many times a day. Also know that I often don't read the Buried Bones or any thread which may involved the death of one of our furry loved ones, but that I do eventually know about it, and always send you my thoughts and prayers and I light a candle every time I see one has passed. Just because I don't post it on the board, I do send you all {{{HUGS}}} and my deepest sympathy. Dan, I saw you lost one of our beloved fur babies lately, and I cried. It's just too painful for me to read them all, as they are all part of my family, as are all of you. It pains me to no end to know this earth has one less caring, loving, devoted and pure soul everytime one passes. I'm the type that thinks about it for days.

It's been a very difficult time in the last couple of months, I poured my heart and soul into trying to save Binn for instance, and failed. I'm still having trouble dealing with that and think about him several times a day, every day. To further the pain by reading of others we've lost, I lost a little piece of my heart every time. So please know, that even if I don't post it, I know your pain and grieve with you.

Back to topic, a special thank you for chazz, a sincere heartfealt thanks to the mods for letting us join here at chazz, to share our joy, our grief, our pain, our pride, our love, and for your patience and understanding, heck for ALL YOU DO! :hail: :hail: :hail:

This is a very, very special place, and it is because of the people here :)

I know how you feel about Binn.. but we tried.. we tried so hard. We gave it our all- we can only send prayers up above for that special boy now.

And you are a very valued member here- although you post so little. I just adore you to pieces.

I don't know you very well Kenzie, but I for one am very glad you're a member. :)

I wish you'd post more just because I like hearing from you, but no apology is necessary imo!

BP, thank you, I knew you were there with the bat and pepper spray, lol. Yes we did try didn't we :(

Renee, LOL! Now can we please bring that thread back and lock it if necessary, so she doesn't think I asked the mods to remove it because she threatened me? Pleeeeese? And Anne, if you're reading here, your threats of a law suit meant nothing, nil, nada to me, I did not ask the thread to be removed as you insisted I do! I will never be intimidated by a puppy miller into keeping quiet about your or any other puppy millers practices! I posted all truths taken directly from your website.

RD, Thank you too! I'll try to post more!

What's happened yesterday??

Kenzie, I have no clues what happened yesterday, but how you cared and fought to save Binn had won you great respect from me.

If there were more people like you, the world would be a much better place to live in.

I echo this. Not too many people would stick their neck out to help someone else in need like Binn was. I'm still angry over that whole binn ordeal. And you guys did the best you could to try and save him from that hell hole. MIW will have to live with the lingering thought of what she did with Binn... but somehow I think ...well, I just won't say what I think about her.

Anyways.. I wish you would post more. You obviously have such a compassion for animals. Whatever happened recently.. I am sorry you had to go through whatever it was. I hope things are better now.

Did the thread you were talking about ever get brought back? The curiosity bug has got a hold of me just a tad.

Thanks all of you guys! No the thread I'm talking about didn't get brought back. Well it did for about 5 minutes, then it got taken away again. I asked a mod to bring it back, was told it would be, but then when it was taken away even though there hadn't been new posts, the mod didn't know why or who had made it disappear. It's really too bad, because the non-member was able to pm several of us some nasty things, and threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't request the thread be removed. I refused as I had said nothing wrong, she was clearly a puppy miller, but the thread disappeared and is still gone, so she probably thinks her threats were successful. That sets a dangerous precedent. Threaten someone with a lawsuit for slander, (even though they are only quoting you from your own website truth is always a good defence) and they'll back down. It really makes me mad and hurt that this non member would get away with something like sending threatening pm's and be successful at having a thread removed thinking they won, and got you to back down when you clearly stated you would not. It makes me look like a fool!

You don't look like a fool Kenzie. We all know what kind of a person you are. And we all know what kind of person those puppy mill people are. She can't sue you for slander if you spoke the truth. I wouldn't worry about it. You didn't back down. You stood up for what you believed and many others believe with you. She didn't win the battle just because that post was removed. She's not a better person because the post was removed... she's just a spoiled little temper tantrum type person who got her way by throwing empty legal threats around. Let her think she's gloating in victory.. .what did she win?? She's still a puppy miller who has no compassion for animals. You on the other hand have come out of this with a victory. You stood firm for what you believe. And we all respect and appreciate you Kenzie.

Awww, THANK YOU Nancy, now I have tears welling up. I guess you really had to see the thread to fully understand what I mean.

I am NOT seeking attention, nor do I want anyone to ask me to stay, but I really am considering leaving Chazz. I love this forum, but I really believe in trying to make a difference, not just talking the talk, but walking the walk as they say. I don't feel like I can do that here after this last incidence. Everyone on that thread called her out for what she was, EVERYONE, and some of us were verbally abused by this NON MEMBER by pm's and yet, she will continue doing what she does because we were not allowed to inform the public by using her own quotes from her own website. She'll continue to advertise, to mislead the public on her "rare" (her words) colored breeds, and continue to abuse her dogs, whelping them over and over, because we weren't allowed to point out her faults. This person had 9 different litters in 8 weeks:yikes: I try to do all I can, when I can, but I feel my efforts here are to no avail. I failed with Binn. Now, I've failed to stop or even inform the public about her. And I haven't even been given the courtesy of a pm explaining why the thread disappeared. How the heck does someone who is not a member use the pm system to verbally abuse and threaten a member anyway? Well, no answer to that question either.

I guess I'm just hurt and disappointed which is making me feel that something just isn't right here. I'm sorry I feel that way, and I absolutely LOVE the members here, but just don't feel like I can trust that what is so important to me, that the reason I post here, to try and save as many dogs, one at a time, can be done here anymore. Maybe I can be more successful somewhere else, because whats important are the dogs, one at a time, where ever they are. I don't post alot, so no big loss :)

Loves and hugs to everyone, and please give all your beautiful babies kisses and hugs from Kenzie, Shannon and I.

We all know how you feel , Kenzie, and so do we . Mills like this are horrible , but we can't shut them down . All we can do is make people aware . Now, let's put that one thread behind us .....and stay girl !!

Kenzie, please don't let the pomeranian puppy miller situation chase you off. Even if the post didn't remain (and I'm with you - I didn't see any reason for it to disappear) it was still there for a little bit and hopefully made an impression on a few.

EVERY time we see someone post about a breeder here, we need to have people like you willing to take a look at the website and show (if necessary) how bad it is. The more we say "look, this breeder is breeding for money, isn't health testing, is over-using her dogs and is deceiving people" it makes others more aware of what to look for when they look at breeder websites. While it may not seem like you're helping, you are. It may be subtle, but slowly and surely the word is getting out there.

The whole situation with Binn was incredibly sad but no one is at fault except for the person who had Binn's life in her hands and chose to throw it away.

Take a break if needed, but come back and continue to fight the good fight. You do make a difference even if you can't see it.

Yep it's someone who breeds purely for profit, who turns out litter after litter of puppies with total disregard for the bitches health, or that of the pups! To some unscrupulous people puppies=profit and not betterment of the breed! :(
