It just occurred to me that I have had Riley for almost 3 months and I have not increased the amount of food he gets by much. Is this ok? I currently feed him 2 cups of Timberwolf Wild and Natural a day plus about 12 ounces of raw. He started on about 8 ounces of raw, so this is all I have changed. It seems funny that he has gained 20 pounds on this amount of food for the last 3 months and it is enough to maintain his weight and growth. He still looks very lean but much taller than when I got him. He is 7 months old now.
I guess my question is, when should I increase the amount of food he gets, or shouldn't I? He really doesn't get much for treats or extra food. Will I actually need to decrease the amount of food he gets once his growth is complete? Or am I just worrying too much about it?

Like Herschel said. If his body condition is good then there is no need to increase or decrease.
