What kind of ramp do you use for your dogs?

This looks really nice, but it's more than I really would like to spend: Paws Aboard Dog Boat Ladder - FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING WE SELL!

I like that this one has carpet on it, but it's even more than the above: PupGear doggydocks Folding Water Ramp - FREE SHIPPING! LOW PRICES!

This is more in the area I'd like to spend, but it looks like it has holes in the ramp, which I don't care for: Skamper-Ramp Pet Water Ramp SKR4 - Free Shipping!

Help? lol

We don't have a ramp
we just try to teach our dogs where the steps are and put something in front of the steps thats pretty obvious (we have an potted plant) so that when swimming they know where they are if they get confused

my friend does have the scamper ramp on their boat and the holes actually work really well. they provide friction and keep it kind of underwater so the dog can get up there without too much effort.

the carpet one I think would get gross.. but the first one looks awesome!

I just have stairs -regular plastic stairs and it works fine.
The last ramp looks pretty good to me. I do not think you have to go for more expensive.
Do not worry about the holes they stop the dog from sliding.
Have fun swimming with your dog.

How do you deal with dog's hair in the pool. Something I am still trying to figure out. I skim the pool after a play but I am open to other ideas.
