"look, mom-lady, you stay right there, I got this under control..."

"He is in here, I know it, mom-lady. I just will search this bag and you rest easy for I am Ella the Fearless..."

She was out two seconds later.

Nah, reading to her would only encourage her "I will NOT leave you alone" behavior. Loud barking will ensue and ball droppings, right on my book. Believe me. This I know.

Oh, does Ella wriggle under the covers at night? Tallulah likes the warmth, but it's too too hot with her under there!

hahaha, no she doesn't get under the covers with us, but she'll bury her nose at any opportunity she gets!

She also likes to hide her face. When we go driving with her in the car, she gets all excited and she'll put her face up front and nudge Ben's elbow so that he'll lift his arm enough for her to hide her face in his armpit. We think it's a way for her to de-stimulate.

I can never get enough of those ears. She's one of my favorite Chaz dogs. She always reminds me of a warrior princess... dunno why... might be her super cool collars... but she's AMAZING!

I just noticed that in that pic you can see her surgeries. That's what Ben calls it. He says, "Oh, she's got surgeries on her side", but that's when he's being cute with her.

YES, Ben does the goo-goo speak with Ella.

Thanks for the compliments on it. I had it custom made for her and had the music notes added because Ella's full name is Ella Fitzgerald after the jazz singer. My son named her.
