I refuse to let this thread die.

I had a pint of blackberries for breakfast. MMMMMM.
Lunch was two no sodium whole grain rice cakes with peanut butter.
Dinner was a can of greenbeans. I love greenbeans so hard.
Snacks consisted of a couple of crackers, a bit of hot chocolate, and homemade oven baked fries.

Not a horrible day.

For breakfast, I had 2 eggs over easy. For a before-lunch snack, I had 177 g of fresh cantalouoe. For lunch, I had 100 g of sweet potato (a carb treat!). And for supper, I'm having a 4-5 oz (pre-cooked weight) porkchop, and a mixture if snow peas and red bell pepper.

Haven't been posting much because I've been terrible and just binging on almonds  Bought two packs of beef jerky for slow and yummy snacking, so hopefully that helps me stay away from delicious almonds. Beef jerky is crazy expensive, though.

My breakfastlunch (I refuse to call it brunch because I associate brunch with awesome carby soul food) - two eggs, 3 ounces of chicken breakfast sausage, and some mushrooms fried with cream cheese and garlic powder.

Tastes better than it looks :p

Oh, and also because I am mean, here's what I had a week ago. SUSHI (/sashimi):

Salmon belly is my new favorite thing.

Breakfast was two rice cakes with peanut butter and some blueberries.
Lunch will be a salad if I ever get up and go downstairs.
Dinner will be a sweet potato with some shallots and garlic. Mmmmmm.

Just kidding. Lunch is baby carrots and chipotle hummus.

That sushi looks amazing!!

I had:
a mini bagel with cream cheese
greek yogurt
A piece of crumb cake
Grilled cheese (American on 16 grain bread, I usually hate American cheese but I wanted it)
blackberries

Welp, I have to change my pants. :rofl1: I love sushi more than anyfood.

I've been eating so poorly. That stops tomorrow. Being in a funk is no excuse, eating junk food just makes it worse!

Well I have an issue with eating to begin with.. I'll often go 3 or 4 days without eating, so I'm trying to just make sure I'm cooking/eating every day for now.

Today I had left over pizza from late last night (homemade), and I'll probably be having some form of fish for dinner, with a side of bell peppers and green onions.

Today was breakfast muffins for breakfast. Lunch was my leftover hot sausage meatballs and acorn squash & bacon souffle. Dinner will probably be chicken, possibly with broccoli, possibly with cashews.

I've quit tracking again so I've probably been quite low on calories all week. I was doing pretty good obsessively tracking the last few days of last week and then... I stopped. I really need to get back in the habit of tracking every day, because this whole under eating and starving my body of what it needs thing isn't cool. I did notice that after making myself eat more for a few days, I was hungrier for a couple of days, like my metabolism was perking up a bit to where it should be... then I stopped tracking, stopped eating as much, now I'm back to where I started.
ugh.

It's pretty much the best sushi in Oregon. SO GOOD. And the pieces are pretty big, too.

I would live there if I could.

Pancakes and chicken apple sausage for breakfast. Opted to try something other than almond or coconut flour and went for a gluten-free garbanzo/fava bean flour.

All of the pork belly for dinner. And bean sprouts, sugar snap peas, and broccoli.

Had the other half of my scrambled egg meal from yesterday (2 eggs, a little low fat milk, black beans, tomatoes, green chilis, mushrooms with a few flakes of parmesean on top) for breakfast

Lunch was some mac and cheese and two deviled eggs and three bites of eclair cake lol a lady at church made lunch for everyone and since Hannah was sick and I stayed home, hubby brought us a doggy bag

Dinner was pork loin from the crock pot, with mirqua (celery, onion and carrots), broccoli and some left over brown rice.

:)
