ok, I'm confused. How do you get a green arrow to turn left if it's a one way to the right? I know that's why you took the picture and submitted it, I'm just trying to understand why they have it like that...lol I would think that it would lead to so much confusion for people passing through that area that are not familiar with the roads or the signs that make no sense..lol

we have streets like that here, nancy...here it's one way in one direction on one side of the street and one way in the other direction (or two ways) on the opposite side

That's what it is. It's coming off of the highway, and the road it comes to is divided. One side goes one way, the other the other way. It's actually at an angle, but you can't really tell from the picture ;)
