Ok so this makes me really mad, so Im looking on www.puppydogweb.com to find out some info on certain breeds, they have a list of breeds, and im scrolling down and I find a ton of breeds that are being mixed with poodles, I dont know if this is actually true, but this is just ridiculous when you look at the list. I think this is wrong, maybe im wrong but I think it is. Anyone else feel this way? Here are some of the breeds that ended in "oodle" or something to do with the word poodle. (I wont include breeds like the Labradoodle)

As a groomer I am sad by the amount of designer breeders out there.
What i love is when someone asked for a set price on a Schnoodle?
How can i some are size of Poodles others the smaller half.
Each one has a different coat.

Making it impossible to give estimates on these dogs.

I've seen a website for Doberdoodles (Doberman X Poodle). It makes me sick. As long as we're on the subject of things that aggravate us-I can't stand when people brag and sell dogs for more based on their size. It's like the smaller or bigger the puppy, that somehow makes it worth more. I could care less if your chihuahua weighs 8 oz or your mastiff is 250 lb. Most of the time people exaggerate anyway. Do people somehow think they're cooler for having a big/small dog? A lot of those dogs end up with serious health problems from either extreme. I wish people would realize they are buying overpriced and poorly bred dogs. Sorry I went off the original subject but I feel much better now.

In answer to the OP.... YES. The world is crawling with them right now. ANYTHING that can be given a cute name is sold for $$$ and bred.

I just know that the next decade is going to see some very bad/vicious behavior in these designer dogs as these braindead breeders push genetics aside more and more and the strain becomes dangerous. Very sad.

They can cry hypoallergenic. Also, Poodle mixes seem to attract the accessorizing type, because poodles are not "working dogs" and are "frou frou" and not "manly" enough. Catching my sarcasm, guys? For some reason people are incapable of realizing that poodles aren't a fashion statement, they're a dog bred for work.
