This is sad on so many levels. I had to make another post showing that, indeed, person 2 is right, and she must have got her dog from a breeder lying to make a quick buck. Although somehow I don't really feel like helping such a person.
People are such idiots. How in the world do you get your dog stolen at a traffic light anyway?
