I went to download.com for some antispyware software or something and I decided to keep on searching for more stuff just for the heck of it, check out what I got.

It's called windowblinds, it changes up the look of the OS, toolbars and such. It's really cool, here's a screenshot:

theres another good one called style XP that allows you to customize practically anything including your toolbars, icons, visual settings, login screen and the bootup. but its only a free trial so you have to pay later on.... that is unless you know how to get it for free..
