Do you have six minutes to watch an inspiring video? I promise you'll enjoy it! Wakheed and his best friend pittie Red get a new fence! It just goes to show that people of every age range can care deeply about dogs. Wakheed's family is obviously low income and perhaps haven't had the education that some of us have enjoyed, yet he's doing everything he can to do right by his dog. Some folks could learn from him.

While I'm not sold on these organizations that are trying to legislate against tie outs, it is good to see a group putting their money -- and sweat -- where their mouths are. Great to see a kid with that kind of awareness, too.

Nice video. Wakheed appears to be a nice kid, trying to be responsible for his dog. A fenced in yard is so much better than a tie out.
